The objectives of the staff retreat include:

1. To appreciate the findings and recommendations of the Coop360 Initiative midterm review and agree on its implication and action points for all TUI enterprises.

2. To review, reflect, prioritize, and finalize the 2022 work plan in light of the recommendations of the midterm review and 2021 business performance.

3. To play, rest, relax, and prepare for a consolidated, innovative and leading team role in the cooperative movement in the next 5 years
